		<description>In my case, although I would certainly like to reduce the amount of email I receive each day, I also use mail as a memory aid. In effect I have trouble remembering my own decisions or conversations, with others, so recording it in a paper trail is a great way to remind myself of what I said I would do (in order that I should actually do it!). Actually I believe this is a &quot;google-esque&quot; philosophy, since Google with gmail and desktop search functions encourages us to use mail as a messy but searchable database for our own purposes... make a note and send it to myself. No need even to file it in the world of gmail.</description>
